Our EXTREME knee sleeves are designed to give the perfect amount of support, protection, compression and warmth to the knee area yet still allow flexibility and movement. Ideal for powerlifting, squats and heavy lifts, also great for Crossfit WODs or any sport where some knee protection and support is needed. They help athletes by increasing blood flow and reducing pain, both during and after performance. Available in 5mm and 7mm should you require even more support.

HOW TO USE
Because our sleeves are so snug, we recommend sliding up over your foot, folding in half, then pulling up to your desired area.

SIZING
Straighten your leg and measure the circumference of your knee (mid patella). Use a flexible type tape measure.
